At FANS BYD, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. If your purchase doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, our streamlined exchange process ensures you get the style you desire.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your FANS BYD account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive your RMA number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
